Google’s summer wardrobe 👗 

Google has finally picked a winner for its new Ads platform design.

The tech giant says the revamped look should help you do everything you do in Ads today, just more quickly and easily.

The new design will have a menu on the left side of the screen with five categories:

• Campaigns: To analyse, optimise, and manage campaigns

• Goals: To define, monitor, and update conversion goals

• Tools: For planning, bidding, budgeting, troubleshooting, and more

• Billing: To track spending and payments

• Admin: To manage team, system, security, and account settings

Each category will have an extra sub-category with additional options for experienced advertisers. Nice!

Don’t like change? Me either. Google noted that you’ll be able to switch between the old and new design until 2024 as you get used to the brand-new dashboard.

Speaking of ads, is Google removing keyword match types? A new campaign setting named “broad match keywords”—which removes phrase and exact match keywords and converts them to broad match—is apparently being tested.

According to Google, the feature is “being launched and not yet available for all users.”

🚀 Big Marketing Moves You Can Learn From

This week’s big marketing move doubles up as a marketing hack. Canva uses this in a major way. The fancy name for this hack is programmatic SEO - which simply means let the computer do it all for me.

This tactic works. I’ve used it personally to get two articles to:

- achieve the second position on Google's first page within 9 days
- achieve the third position on Google's first page within 11 days

I did it all using a tool called ByWord and it's incredible. When you sign up for the tool Click on Custom Formats. Then choose Keyword from the options. Then set your variables.

In summary, set your price clearly and then make the value even greater by adding a huge list of extras that come with the product or service.
